In August 2018, the Innovation and Technology Commission launched the Reindustrialization and Technology Training Program (Program) under the Technology Professionals Training Program, which aims at subsidizing local enterprise personnel to receive high-end technology training, especially the training related to "Industry 4.0" in a 2:1 matching manner.

SAP Training – SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Manufacturing (TS421 & TS422)
- Understand the SAP’s approach and solutions for Industry 4.0
- Apply and maintain master data in planning and manufacturing
- Use and describe applications for production planning
- Apply basic functions in production order management
- Use and describe process orders, repetitive manufacturing, and Kanban
- Apply capacity planning
SAP Training - Sourcing and Procurement in SAP S/4HANA (TS450 & TS452)
- Understand the SAP’s approach and solutions for Industry 4.0
- Getting to know the organizational levels and master data in SAP S/4HANA relevant for materials management
- Description and execution of basic processes, e.g. creating purchase requisitions and purchase orders, posting a goods receipt, performing invoice verification (Fiori Apps and GUI transactions)
- Introduction to material requirements planning using the consumption-based planning procedure
- Familiarizing yourself with sources of supply and sourcing and other specific purchasing functions and purchasing-relevant customizing settings Introduction to analytics capabilities to analyze procurement KPIs.
SAP Training - Sales in SAP S/4HANA (TS460 & TS462)
- Understand the SAP’s approach and solutions for Industry 4.0
- Execute the main business procedures involved in sales and distribution processing.
- Implement the main functions and Customizing settings in sales and delivery processing.
- Implement functions and make Customizing settings in pricing and billing.
- Use functions and Customizing settings in general sales and distribution processes such as output and text determination.
SAP TRAINING - FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING IN SAP S/4HANA(TS4F01 & TS4F02)
- Understand the SAP’s approach and solutions for Industry 4.0
- Become familiar with the configuration and usage of Global Settings for Financial Accounting, General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
- Become familiar with the configuration and usage of Asset Accounting and Closing Operations
(Training Grant for Public Courses)
Registered in Hong Kong under the Business Registration Ordinance.
Non-government and non-subvented organizations
The recommended employee is a permanent resident of Hong Kong and has the relevant background/experience required by this high-end technology.
* The maximum subsidy for each company in each financial year is HK$ 500,000.

Select relevant training courses for employees 1
At least two weeks before the start of the training course, submit the application form together with supporting documents 2 to the secretariat.
Audit by the secretariat
A confirmation letter was received from the Secretariat.
Within two months after the end of the course, submit the training grant application form and other supporting documents to the secretariat.

Applicants can apply for open courses in the list of registered courses.
The supporting documents include a copy of the business registration certificate and a copy of the Hong Kong identity card of each employee applying for training subsidy.
