Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in end-user support, including IT service management and vendor management. Experience in Retail environment will be preferred
- Knowledge in IT governance & best practices with ITIL Certification
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and able to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and different levels of users
- Strong written & verbal communication in English and Chinese
- Strong in leading team to achieve high quality deliverables within tight timeline
- A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills.
- 5 days’ work & non office hour support is required
